2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (Update these timeframes to match your actual carrier estimates.)

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs (for international orders).

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

5. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address after placing an order, contact us immediately — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier facility first.

  • If the issue isn't resolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown, and we will investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally ship separately or arrive at different times. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes before the order has been processed for shipping.
