Refund & Return Policy — Fashion Forest LLC
At Fashion Forest LLC, we want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase from fashionforestllc.shop. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
In original packaging with tags (if applicable) attached.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
Chew toys, plush toys, or other items pets may have chewed or played with.
Grooming items (brushes, nail clippers, etc.) that have been used.
Consumable items such as treats or food-related products.
3. How to Start a Return

We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions, including the return address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
